The Might Of Your Subconscious Mind

subconscious-mind-10Scientists state that we merely use 10% of our brains. Consider what I just said. We use merely 10% of our brains! We’re wasting the other 90%. Consider it this way…what if we merely used 10% of our salary?

Could we survive on 10% of our pay? No way, unless you’re Bill Gates. What about eating only 10% of the food we prepare? Wouldn’t that be a waste of food?

What if we slept only 10% of 8 hours a day? Could we live? What if we had only 10% of the oxygen that was usable? Could we live? The answer to all these questions is a ringing NO!

So why do we put up with utilizing merely 10% of our brain? Consider your life. Are you living the life you want…on your terms? Are you pleased with what you’ve created or do you believe it could be better? Chances are that you’re living up to only 10% of your abilities. What if you could make your life 100, 500, or 1,000% improved? I hear you now saying…”That’s inconceivable” or “that’s too hard to accomplish.” If you did state that, you’re repeating the same pattern in your life, which is… you’re utilizing merely 10% of your brain or less.

If you’re pleased with using just the 10% of your brain then quit reading now. If you’re not fulfilled and want to be able to utilize the rest of it then keep reading. Consider the greatness you may achieve by utilizing your whole brain. There have been a number of distinguished teachers of using the brain, like Napoleon Hill, Ralph Waldo Emerson, Maxwell Maltz and a lot of others. These men knew the secret to utilizing the power of your brain and how to tap into your subconscious.

I’m here to tell you that you presently possess the heftiest tool in the Universe…you’re SUBCONSCIOUS brain. Your subconscious brain knows everything. It has all the resolutions if you just use it right. It may lead you to a life of harmony, wealth, health, joy and success! This is possible with all aspects of your life.

It’s not your fault. You were never taught how to utilize your brain and subconscious. The past is over and today may be a new beginning. It doesn’t matter what happened prior to today, what matters is what happens from today on. You have to trust in your subconscious brain and know that it may allow you to lead a life of joy and success.

Let’s kickoff with a really simple routine. Use your subconscious brain as an alarm. Before going to turn in at night, tell it what time you wish to get up. Let’s say you wish to get up at 7:00am. Before turning in, tell your subconscious brain to “wake me up at 7:00am” and while stating this visualize a clock that shows 7:00.

The first step in altering your life is to begin making impressions on your subconscious. You may do this by using affirmations as well as thinking particular thoughts. For instance, let’s say you wish to draw in money to your life. You may simply repeat these words “I’m wealth and success”. Repeat these words many times a day. It’s best to state them in the morning when you wake up and right before you sleep. This is when your brain is in an alpha state. When saying them, make certain you truly mean them and center on the words. Don’t feel it’s a task or else it won’t do you any good. You may also state them while meditating.

This may work for anything. Make certain the affirmations are positive and not stating the negative. For instance, when you wish to quit smoking, don’t state “I don’t smoke”. Rather state “My lungs are pure and healthy and I’m cigarette free.” “I am” are two of the most potent words in the English language.

Likewise, it’s really important to think positively, don’t state to yourself, “I’m just never lucky” or “I’m simply meant to be poor.” Think the opposite, “I’m lucky” or “Things always work out to my favor” and I’m wealthy and successful.” When you have trouble trusting yourself when you say them then change them to become more credible. You may begin small or state “I’m becoming wealthy.”

When you need help with a problem or are in a situation where you have to make a hard decision and don’t know which is the best for you. Ask your subconscious brain for help. Let’s say you’re pondering two separate job offers and you’re having trouble choosing between the two. Ask your subconscious brain for help. You may say something like “Infinite wisdom of my subconscious, I ask for your help in choosing what is best between these two job offers, I ask for your help and guidance in arriving at a decision that’s best for me.”

Be still and listen to your subconscious. Shut your eyes if need be and don’t force anything to come to you but simply be still and listen. When the answer doesn’t come immediately, that’s OK. It’s likely searching for the answer and it might take a little bit of time. But, I assure you, the answer will come…perhaps the next day or next week. You simply need to be alert and have your antennas up. The answer might come from something outside of you, perhaps after you get up. You might be clear in your thoughts on what to do. You might read or hear something that might enlighten you on what to do. You might receive your answer by running into a friend and he may say something that may help you decide. Simply be patient and don’t get frustrated and think too much about it. By doing so, you’re delaying the answer form coming to you.
